Anonymous, circa 211-208 BC. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 4.05 g, 12 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet, pendant earring and pearl necklace; behind, X (mark of value). Rev. ROMA (in linear frame) The Dioscuri, each holding spear, on horseback galloping right; above, two stars. Crawford 53/2. RBW 192. Sydenham 311. Beautifully toned. Some scratches on the obverse and with two punches and nicks on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
